Confirm order and Shipping status
An email confirmation will be sent to you once the order is shipped. After you receive your order confirmation, you may be sent a tracking email if your item is assigned one from the supplier (please allow 1-4 days for this). However, some items do not come with a tracking code and you will not receive a shipping email - please do not worry though, your order has been processed and will be shipped within 2-4 business days. Otherwise, we will only contact you if there is an issue or discrepancy with your order. Or you can contact us via email: email@example.com
Remember it is normal if you can not track your order right after you receive it. Please allow 24-48 hours late for your tracking details to update. Check your spam folder or Subscribe to our Newsletter to make sure we are able to contact you!
Because we ship to multiple countries internationally, our shipping times vary from location to location. You can expect your package to arrive anywhere from 1-4 weeks on average, however, there are certain locations or situations out of our control in which our logistics suppliers may take longer. Average times based on country/continent are listed below, they are usually towards the quicker shipping estimates:
USA: 1-4 weeks
Australia: 2-5 weeks
Europe: 2-5 weeks
Central/South America: 3-6 weeks
We surveyed 2500 participants asking whether they would prefer to pay more for products/shipping or wait a little longer for their items when they can get them at such a competitive price. Overwhelmingly, 83% of respondents answered "prefer to pay less and wait a little longer" for their order and it was concluded that we would offer the best prices possible on our dice, and sacrifice on the week or under shipping.
